Screen Printing T-Shirts
Preparing the Screen
We cover the screen with a layer of emulsion. Once dry, we place it in a UV Exposure Lightbox.
Actual Screen Printing
The screen is carefully placed on the printing machine and paint is deposited on it. Then we run a squeegee across the screen.
Finished Product
We then put the shirt through a conveyor dryer and iron the shirt. We then fold the shirt and package it.
